"YOUR BUSINESS DATA. YOUR GOOGLE ACCOUNT. YOUR CONTROL." We believe your financial data belongs exclusively to you. All invoicing, customer, quotation, and expense records are stored directly inside a spreadsheet in your personal Google Drive.
When you authenticate using Google OAuth 2.0, we collect basic profile details provided by Google, including your email address, profile name, avatar image URL, and Google user ID to establish your authenticated session.
We request access to Google Sheets and Google Drive (`drive.file` scope) for the sole purpose of creating and managing your business database spreadsheet named Business Billing Data. We do not inspect, read, or modify any other files in your Google Drive.
All customers, products, quotations, invoices, payments, and expense ledgers are written directly to your Google Spreadsheet. We do not sell or monetize your business records.
You can permanently delete your account at any time from your Settings page. Deleting your account immediately triggers a Google Drive API deletion of your Business Billing Data spreadsheet file and erases all local session tokens.
